GRAPHITE GREASE
CAPIZOL GRAPHITE GREASE is premium quality calcium soap greases fortified with micronized graphite powdered to give excellent lubrication in sliding friction conditions. Graphite grease are highly resistance to water and have good mechanical stability. The graphite acts as a solid lubricant, reduces friction, prevents scuffing and seizures even when grease is displaced.

CAPIZOL GRAPHITE GREASE offers the following advantages:
- High water resistance characteristic and sealing property.
- Superior load carrying capability.
- Exhibit excellent adhesiveness to the surface.
- It has excellent mechanical stability and is therefore suitable for extended period of lubrication.
- Graphite grease is used in gears, cams and slides operating at temperature ambient to 80°C.
- It is recommended for use in hydraulic rams, plungers, sliders, elevator cables, leaf springs, life guides etc.
- Some graphite grease can be used in slow speed roller bearings as well as flanges in railways network.
- Graphite grease is highly recommended for flexible couplings in paper mill equipment such as digestors, chip screen, chippers, conveyors etc. where incidental water contact is high.
